Sushi, sashimi, or some other similar delectable that the CDC doesn’t yet have the data to finger for sure may have sickened 100 people in 19 states and the District of Columbia, including at least 9 Wisconsin residents.  But this is old hat for residents of this dairy state.  True, Wisconsin has top-notch public health, and therefore probably identifies more cases of Salmonella, and outbreaks, than many other states, but Salmonella and Wisconsin have gone hand in hand over the years.
