Highest Possible Referral Rate Received in Recent Client Satisfaction Survey

AUSTIN, TX - September 22, 2009 - RenewData, a leading provider of services for the discovery, archiving, and governance of electronically stored information (ESI), today announced recent results of its client satisfaction survey, as well as its growing client base and revenue. The survey results from the second quarter of this year showed that RenewData clients are extremely satisfied with the level of service received and in fact showed that 100% of survey respondents would likely refer RenewData to their colleagues.

The satisfaction survey is sent to every RenewData client at the completion of each project. Additional survey results showed that clients' overall experience with their RenewData Project Manager was outstanding; in fact, they received a 98% satisfaction rating. In addition, the survey asks clients to rate the timeliness, quality and accuracy of their project deliverables. Survey results were extremely positive in this area with 99.9% of client projects being delivered accurately and 99% being delivered on schedule.

He consistently exceeded his quotas at Compuware, as well as at similar positions with Tivoli/IBM. Chaffee also spent several years at a high tech start up selling Internet-based, collaborative support solutions to large technology corporations such as Sybase and Microsoft. Chaffee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University.

He was previously with PG Lewis & Associates, at the time the largest solely data forensics firm in the country. Brian initiated and grew the company's New York City customer base and was responsible for several of the firm's largest projects. Protiviti, a Manhattan based consulting company acquired PG Lewis & Associates and brought Brian on as the Sales Manager for the Business Risk Department.
Jim Koch, North Central Sales Director, Jim has over 15 years of experience in business development and marketing for financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, and most recently, the legal sector. His extensive experience includes delivering innovative solutions to both law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to his current position, Jim held strategic sales management positions with Apple, Adobe, and Siebel, where he continually surpassed revenue goals and corporate objectives. Tara Lamboley, South East Sales Director, has 12 years of experience selling software and IT services into mid-market and enterprise companies, as well as law firms across the Southeast.
